By using OwnYourChair to book an appointment or by creating a barber account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

OwnYourChair provides free online booking pages for barbers and service-based businesses. OwnYourChair is operated by Rebook Engine (Pristine Pressure LLC).

3. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments booked through OwnYourChair are between you and your selected service provider. OwnYourChair facilitates the booking but is not a party to the appointment.
• Payment for services is collected at your appointment by your barber, unless otherwise stated.
• Barbers are responsible for managing their own availability, services, and pricing.

4. SMS Terms of Service

Program Name: Rebook Engine Appointment Reminders

By opting in to SMS messages during the booking process, you agree:

• You consent to receive recurring automated appointment-related text messages from your service provider via Rebook Engine
• Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity; up to 16 messages per month
• Message and data rates may apply

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

For help: Reply HELP to any message or contact support@rebookengine.net.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
• Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services

5. User Responsibilities

For barbers:

• You must ensure the accuracy of your services, pricing, and availability
• You are responsible for honoring appointments booked through your booking page

For clients:

• You must provide accurate contact information when booking
• You are responsible for showing up on time or canceling in advance

6. Limitation of Liability

OwnYourChair is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, SMS delivery failures, or any indirect/consequential damages.
